I thought you would enjoy some photos of the Woodrow Wilson Wildcats starting their pre-season practice:

Last year we finished 9-2. After winning district and bi-district we lost in area playoffs to Highland Park (but our crowd was much larger!). This year we start the season on Friday, August 31st vs. Kimball in the North Texas Football Classic - About

Best time of the year in Dallas! Even if you don't have a child involved or even care for football, you can't help but enjoy the youthful exuberance and school spirit these kiddos bring to the stadiums in the fall all across the metro, regardless of which school it is! And, some of the best halftime band shows you'll ever see anywhere, bar none!

If you get a chance, DO go to at least one of these high school games this season!

Next... comes that much anticipated first chill in the air to get to wear those new sweaters!

.
Enjoy!

I wish that they would show more HS Games that are local. You would think that a School Like Woodroe would have a decent following if they would show the games.

I would like current opinions(2012-2013) on the High Schools. I plan to relocate to the Dallas area in the summer of 2013, and have a son that will be in the 10th grade. He is a bit of a computer nerd, so a school that is strong in teaching technology, along with a strong anti bullying environment, would be a definite plus. As many parents do, I am trying to decide on a school so that I can also decide where to live. My husband works in Mesquite. It would also be a plus to be close to a college that has a school of Dental Hygiene(and possibly family housing) as my daughter will be a student. Another desirable trait would be a body of water not too far away, since I am relocating from Florida and used to being close to the beach My husband likes Rockwall for this reason, but other than it having water, I know nothing about the area. HELP!!!
