Those are some pretty solid hobbies. There's a number of local biking groups (both road and trail), pub crawls to go on or breweries to tour, plenty of gyms (pick one and go on the same days and time each week), and lots of foodie opportunities with festivities, food trucks, restaurant weeks, etc. Best things I've found to meet people is to do the things you enjoy, and in the process you will meet people with similar interests. You can often find groups on Meetup or online that plan activities around the things you mentioned above. Join one or many! Good luck

The beer scene in Texas is exploding right now. If you want to meet like-minded souls, there are lots out there:

Dallas Brew Scene

The Dallas Beer Club (Dallas, TX) - Meetup

Deep Ellum Brewery has special beer-themed events like the upcoming Deep O'Ween and 2nd Anniversary Tours:

DEEPO’WEEN | Deep Ellum Brewing Co.

DEBC Turns 2! | Deep Ellum Brewing Co.

As for cycling, there are lots of groups, a partial list of which can be found here:

DFW Bicycle Clubs - BikeDFW

If you're in Oak Cliff, the Bike Friendly Oak Cliff people are cool
