From everyone I know w/ Time Warner, they don't offer the NFL Network. I don't know if you can pay extra w/ T-W to get it or not. When we cancelled T-W they called a couple of times to get our opinion. LOL!!! You should have seen the line of people at their office returning their sorry equipment. That is one thing that to's me. If it is THEIR equipment why can they not come get it? Why do I the customer have to go stand in line to return their sorry stuff. Waste more of my time, urgh.

If they come to your house, they'll charge you. Happened to me w/charter - order a DVR when we signed up for service, they didn't have any and asked me to call back, some became available in Oct, it was brought by and I was charged $39 on my bill -- I don't think sooo! Luckily I got the charge taken off.

Trust me, I can be a real PITA...if they attempt to charge me for any of this I will make such a pest of myself that they'll wish they'd never been born. I will TORTURE them verbally.

In the meantime, bet you could hook up a regular TV antenna (the inside one that sits on the TV, ie., "rabbit ears") and get reception on the local stations (games on ch. 8) at least (we keep one for when the dish or cable isn't working & it works great... also, when we've been as po'd as you are now... and said to heck with all the cable/dish mess... they are a rip!). You can pick up one at Walmart or Radio Shack cheaply... then I'd pass the bill on to the cable company to reimburse you!
The Cowboys game yesterday was on ch. 11, but it has been on ch. 12 before which I believe is ch. 21 equivalent.
Oh, as a FYI, the score is 38-17 A&M over Texas in the 4th.

This is what the Dallas Morning News says:
"Cowboys' games on the NFL Network will be shown locally on KDFI-TV 27."
I bet there's something about the game having to be shown on other "normal" stations in the markets of the teams playing since NFL Network isn't available everywhere.

Can't pick that one up through the cable box either. It's totally screwed.
