Could anybody post pics of any new construction apartments going up in Dallas suburbs, or Tyler? Does anyone know of any?

Slim13, amazing photos!
Hey folks, I am new to the area, where could I go to see the city from up above like in Slim's pictures, somewhere easily accessible and preferably inexpensive? Thanks

Check out the Belmont hotel in Oak Cliff, right off of I-30 by the Main Post Office. Went there for the first time this weekend, an old California-style hotel which sits upon a "cliff". Awesome views of downtown and a huge patio that overlooks the skyline. Kind of an eclectic crowd sipping drinks enjoying the view. Looked empty when we pulled up (on a Sunday evening, no less) but there was a crowd. Fun.

maconahey....love your pics! Do you use filters when you edit your stuff? As a fellow photog, I'm always looking for new ways to edit my stuff and add some spice to it!

Thanks everyone

eastdallasson - I'm working on getting some prints made of a few photos (hopefully this weekend or next). I'll let you know when they are available, if you are still interested.

Thanks! I've been doing a lot of HDR recently (it's very addictive!) on my photos. Here's an awesome tutorial on how to create an HDR photo: HDR Tutorial | High Dynamic Range Tutorial
