Adream, you in me both. And that is not even 1/2 of that house. So far no one has called the police on me. I have to go several times a week right by there and I literally stop and drool.

Default Where is the house with the red shutters?

Hi, What city is the little white house with the red shutters in? Is it in Garland and if so, do you have an idea on what it might cost? Are there other nice areas that have homes like that that you know of? We liked it so much, it's our screen saver!! Thank you for taking the time to post the pictures- very cool. It makes us really want to go back to the area, AZ is so brown

Thank you so much for taking pics for us & posting them!! Texas looks even better than I remember (been in Dallas a few times on biz). Loved the shots of the neighborhoods, and ooooooooo that Firewheel Mall looks like "home". There's a Macy's

Some nice little rolling hills ya got there...and for having a drought, looked pretty green... trees & grass, etc. Rockwall looked a bit rural compared the Garland area & by the Mall, correct? I also noticed that the neighborhoods had "real" curbs, or no curbs which is a nice country feel and the streets are nice & wide.

Wow. Wow. Wow. And Thank You so much!!!

OMG, this post just made my afternoon Momof2DFW. Timely as well because I leave for TX early Saturday morning!

So many trees, so much open space. Water! parks. Trains.

And still close to everything. The Firewheel Mall looks like it belongs in Annapolis MD. Everything looks so 'comfortable' in this area compared to places like Frisco, Stonebridge and parts of Plano.

What's the catch ? Play devil's advocate ?

Please tell me that you have a TX Real Estate license.

Regarding the gated community in Breckenridge, what the price range ? I can afford 400k w/o needing to sell my house in CA, but I'd probably be happier if I could find a nice little place (4Bdr) in the low 300s ? Impossible ?

Again, I love it !

I was impressed with the flicks and I've been at the Laguna Cliffs Marriott all week staring at Sailboats and the Pacific ocean:

I'll bet the owners of that beautiful home are used to looking out their windows to see admirers. I would think they'd have to living in such a gorgeous chateau! But MOMOF2DFW, you might need to do something about that drooling...
