Beltline Road & Tollway--- turn left or right on Beltline and look for the signs! Turn south on Montfort... I think there's one or two new-ish clubs there but I've not been. Few nightspots in the Village on the Parkway.

Seriously...Beltline east & west has a lot of bars, clubs, restaurants... not sure exactly what you're looking for.

On Beltline Rd., starting basically at Midway going east to just past the tollway to about Prestonwood Town Center. But more concentrated from Inwood/Addison Rd. east to just past the tollway. More on the south side of beltline after you past the tollway.

Please promise us you'll see something else while you're in town other than the 6-lane mega street lined with strip malls that is Addison. You want a nightlife district? Try Uptown, Downtown, Lower Greenville, etc neighborhoods in Dallas. Not the burbs.

Absolutely correct. If someone is travelling to Dallas and wants to go out, for the love of god, don't go to Beltline and the Tollway area. Not sure what to compare nightlife in that area to. Going for a night out at the strip malls on Beltline is just sad. Almost anywhere in Dallas a few miles down the road would be a better area to go out in.

Look up Social House in Addison. There are other places within walking distance you can hop to like Sherlocks and Glorias.

Ok, not very familiar with Uptown or downtown.

Any clubs you have in mind?

Do you mean a "club" as in the places with red velvet ropes and $12 well drinks, or would you consider a bar as well? What kind of venue/crowd are you looking for?

While Addison nightlife isn't bad, Lower Greenville will give you a much better taste of what Dallas has to offer.

Updated the post. Had to rescue a friend two weeks ago. If someone is NEW to DFW then Addison is best due to the ease of figuring out the logistics.
