Default Looking for a good Realtor in the Murphy area

We are relocating to the Dallas area. I will be working in Garland and was looking at moving and buying in the Murphy area. I was hoping someone could give me a recommendation for a good realtor in the area.

Also would greatly appreciate any recommendations on newer subdivisions in the area. We are looking for good schools, parks, greenway, recreational facilities, hiking paths, etc. The price range is up to $400K.

It sounds like you are looking for what we call here a master planned community. There are a couple with newer homes within a 30 minute drive to Garland. Unless you have already decided that you want to be in Murphy, there isn't one there that fits all the criteria of a master planned community. "The Ranch" off Murphy Road is a DR Horton community and they have a couple of small parks and a swimming pool. This community is located in Wylie School District. The Aviary and Rolling Ridge are very nice communities up here too and they fall within the Plano School district.

Woodbridge in Sachse however has a golf course, jogging paths, pools, parks. etc...

Another area you may want to consider where the property values will increase is Waterview in Rowlett. There are endless things to do there with a very active HOA with parties, fishing ponds, tennis, and more...

Breckenridge in Richardson is also very nice, you may not get as much for your money.

I'll be happy to tell you more... see my PM.
