Yeah, growin up and frequently visiting from OK. We'd always see a ton of Texas flags in FT. Worth and Arlington. Not so much in Dallas proper though.

Grew up here around Columbus huh? Do you see yourself ever moving away from the Lone Star back to Buckeye land? Most people I know from Ohio who actually visit Texas and stop relying on all the Hollywood flix to educate them on the state, end up MOVING to Texas. LOL

I know about 4 people off hand from here who visited Houston and within a year they moved there. Most never even come back to visit.

It wasn't Photoshopped. It's zoom foreshortened. You can roughly duplicate the photo by going to the interchange of GHWB and LBJ:

https://maps.google.com/maps?q=camin...137.15,,3,2.38

...and then pressing the Google [+] zoom button at the right of the window repeatedly. These coordinates link to a top deck path, but the actual photo may have been taken from a lower deck.

You honestly think that those stuck-up communities would allow townhomes within their borders?

The eastern burbs are also very 'Texas' (Mesquite/Forney/Rockwall), as is Lake Highlands.
