Thank you for this update! We also drove by there and noticed the same thing about the sold signs. Thanks for pointing out the condo sales pricing as well, certainly not what I expected.

That is what I thought, but they also don't say how big they expect the 1 bedroom condos to be. But how big of market is there for a mid rise high end condo tower in Flower Mound? I am sure they have done their market research though.

Every condo is supposed to have an extra large balcony. They also planning on going hallway-less and have semi-private shared elevators that open directly into your unit(you swipe your card, the elevator goes to you floor and opens into your unit).

Any updates as far as pricing on westhaven's villas? We looked at the darling homes in lakeside the other day. For the larger 30' floorplan the 1045, they were asking 388k to 393K, that doesnt include the premium for better lots. It seems like the middle lots would be alot darker inside since the houses are closer together.

Hello - here is the information I had posted a months ago. The prices should be similiar.

There are 6 Villa homes being offered with prices ranging from $415k - $456K; sq ft ranges from 2426 - 3064
There are 4 Chalet homes being offered with prices ranging from $454 - 511k; sq ft ranges from 2525 - 3199

Keep in mind that the Westhaven community has a HOA that is almost $150+ I believe.

There was a discussion about the new communities in Flower Mound and Coppell that I've linked as well that might be helpful.

The middle lots surprisingly have plenty of natural light. There are several windows to bring plenty of light in. Of course that will also depend upon your floor plan and also depends upon which way your lot faces. Check out the houses under construction on Northwood Drive to see if there is enough light for you.
