One of my friends lives in a 2 BR/2 Bath apt on the intersection of Valley Ranch and MacArthur with Valley Ranch Elementary (Coppell ISD) right behind the apt complex. I think its called the
Enclave at Valley Ranch . I don't think they have any 3 BR apts there. 2 Br/ 2 Bath is around $1200/month I think.

If you happen to lease a home, make sure they will still be zoned to the schools of your liking next year since they went through a major re-zoning (I think, not 100% sure) which is effective next school year (Aug 2014). Best way to find out is to call the school which the home is currently zoned to and confirm its not being changed next school year or anytime soon.
