I am looking to purchase a new home as an investment in either Weatherford, Midlothian or Red Oak. Which of these areas is showing the most growth? What are schools and crime for these areas? Is there local shopping? How is the traffic commuting into Dallas or Fort Worth?
What is the rental market for a new home?
