Glad I am wrong. I know earlier this month, we were telling someone not to buy a house at Forest and Audelia because of the nearby sketchy apartments...

But the Valley View / Montfort area is like 3 miles from Prestonwood. Forest & Audelia is like 3 blocks from sketchy apartments. A little different, no?
