Anyone know how long the commute is from Fairview off Stacy Rd to Plano near Legacy and Corporate (During Rush Hour -leaving Fairview at 8am and returning at 530pm)

15-30+ mins dependent on if you get all the green/red lights and if you take the 121 toll or side road. Also, will depend how far East you are on Stacy.

Legacy/Corporate is pretty far west though from Central. Stacy is approx. 5 min. north of Legacy on Central. So, time from home on Stacy to Central, down Central, and then across Legacy. I would guess 20-30 min.

Unless you take 121, and then then you have tolls to pay on 121 and DNT.

I work near DNT & 121 and have many coworkers who live in Allen. If you're close to 75, it's about 20-25 minutes. If you're more than a stoplight or two past 75, it will be 30+ minutes for sure.

Again, it all depends on where the house is. If it's more than a stoplight or so east of 75, it will take 30 min or more. Traffic backs up really badly getting out of subdivisions and onto/across 75.

Google maps is actually a pretty good indicator in this situation. Traffic isn't going to be the issue, but stoplights will slow you down. If you take the tolls, you still won't be fighting much traffic on that route. Between 20-30 sounds about right.
