Castle Hills Phase 7 will be opening this summer. American Legends just released their prices and plans.
They will be doing lottery for the lots.

I have put in my names for the lottery. Let's see what happens.

What are your thoughts/suggestions?

This community sounds great. All the amenties that CH has and a solid builder. Location of CH is pretty central as well.

The price point for this community seems a little higher then what I would expect when comparing other AL communities. In comparing this community to Lakeside I feel you get a much better school district for a similiar price point. Location is a toss-up, just depends on what areas you prefer to be close to and where you commute to work.

I still haven't ruled out Lakeside. Waiting for AL pricing on Phase II. Love the amenities in CastleHills and proximity to West Plano. Lakeside is bit more central though in terms entire metroplex and schools are better as you said.

Which one is a better investment in the long run, Lakeside or castle hills?

Have you considered Heights at WestRidge for AL. The location is further north but if it works for you and your family I think this is a great community for the best bang for your buck.

The lots are smaller but you do get a lot of home for under 400 and all homes are zoned for Frisco ISD.

In terms of better investment - its really hard to gauge but if I had to guess it would be Lakeside just cause of the strong schools and location.

Has the lottery happened for phase 7?
Have you bought here or decided to buy elsewhere?
