Default Rockwall Area

Ok I lived in Dallas my whole life and have to say I loved it! I had to move because of a phenomenal opportunity I got in Austin that I could not pass up.

The Rockwall area in general is growing tremendously and every time I go back to check on my house, there is so much more construction. I know that it is definitely bringing in more people and the real estate market will definitely pick up. There is also a technology park that is fairly new that has also created more demand to live in the area.

So anyone interested in moving to this area I definitely recommend it! My opinion to anyone interested in living in this area, I would definitely rent first before buying because there is so much construction, new developments & new subdivisions. It especially gives you time to look and get familar with the area.
