Good location & great schools but buying new in high market and selling used after 5 years wouldn't be profitable. I would go with an pre existing house of a better builder.

Very bad area, it not worthy to buy at all. if you love noise, all kind of noise, cheap upgrades, cheap sales trick then buy it.

Better buy old houses in murphy around heritage.

Just to clarify - the "old" houses the PP is referring to along Heritage in Murphy are were built between 2001 and 2009.
