Another area I like that I visited today for the first time is the west part of Addison. Not much residential there, but the apartments/condos feel very cosmo.

Nice spot. Seems the entire tollway is a good place to invest.

True.. I think Preston Road is the backbone of Dallas.

There is some historical significance, the city was incorporated in 1914, and was developed and planned out by the same fellow who developed Beverly Hills. I guess that adds more to the reason why people call it the "Beverly Hills of Dallas".
