Good Condos In Downtown Dallas
Are there any good affordable condos or apartments for sale/lease in Downtown Dallas that are close to a lot of commercial places such as retail stores, restaurants, etc.?

Yes you would have the option to choose from several. There are many in that price range. Note that with condos you will also have to pay for homeowner's association fees which range from 180-800 per month. Depending on which complex, obviously with the higher fees the utilities would be included as well as an on-site gym and may be more...

SoCo Lofts and The Metropolitan seem to be two of the most affordable. However, there are thousands of units coming on line in the next 1-2 years so I would look around.

I think I'm gonna wait till the Thunder Rail Lofts are completed. I want something close to Commerce St. That'll get me a good view. It's all about the view! Haha

What about something in 100's? Doesn't have to be downtown, but close to the area...
