Default what do you think about chadwick farms for families with children?

we are planning to move to Irving or Bedford (from Long Island) and need to know where we should move!!!
We know we want a masterplanned community, great schools, and child friendly.

Any suggestions around the 2 towns i mentioned?

willing to travel up to 45 min for work from IRVing or Bedford to the master planned community.

Check out Hackberry Creek in Las Colinas in Irving... a great master-planned gated community with great schools (CFBISD). Here are the links:

Northern Irving isn't bad, Check out Las Colinas and Valley Ranch. Coppell in addition which is really close to Irving is also good. Las Colinas, Valley ranch, and Coppell are all sorta of the same neighborhood, they run together, although separated by 2 pretty good school districts.
I don't know about Bedford though, go to the Fort Worth part of the forum. They will inform you best because Bedford in Tarrent County, which is where Fort Worth is. Irving is in Dallas county, that why I'm able to help you... also because i live in Las Colinas ...
Hackberry Creek used to be cheaper like 250k, but will all the growth and convenience of the spot (also due to all the silly Californians and Northeasterners coming ). the homes are valued at about 300-400k... still not bad... Trust me I KNOW.

Chadwick Farms is NOT a master-planned community. The only master planned community in Irving is Hackberry Creek and Bedford doesn't have any.
