Moving to Dallas (Irving) (apartment complexes, for rent, preschools)

Hello All,

We are a family with a 3 yr old kid moving from California to Irving.

Can anyone recommend few good apartment communities near by 75039 with 5 miles radius.

Looking for:

1) Good Indian community
2) Kids play area
3) Washer & Dryer inside the unit.
4) Proximity to best preschools in Irving

Valley Ranch, which is roughly at the intersection of MacArthur and I635, has one of the largest Indian communities in DFW. You don't mention your price range, though.

You will need to increase your budget to about $1000 for a two bedroom apartment.

Try forum search as others mentioned. I am sure you can google search apartments and schools like you found this forum and phone a friend option :-) Most apartment complexes in North Irving with good schools have a majority of Indian population. Good apartments with proximity to best preschools are relative to every individual but will be expensive than the budget you mentioned. You did not mention apartment size- I am assuming you are looking for a 2 B/R apartment with a kid. Electricity, Water charges are also expensive in Dallas. Good luck in your search. If you cannot get satisfactory responses from your searches or calls to the apartments/ pre-schools/ friends, provide the names of those apartment/ pre-schools to this forum and you might get a more specific response.
