There is so much more to selecting a good home than the direction they face and schools.
How about the condition, floorplan and updates that have been done to the home?
Thank you for responding. Sorry, I should have mentioned ...all 3 are in good condition and at par with each other for the floor plans . I just wanted to know from a resale perspective which one will be better..just in case if we have to move again (hope not ). So it just boils down to direction and schools. Most Frisco schools are good (or so I am told).

Agree to a point. We're currently in a corner lot and it gives us a few more options not allowed with an interior lot. Garage placement (our is on the side street rather then the front or back), close neighbors to only one side (which can go either way), little more land (which again is all about preference).

Wow. You are certainly one pleasant person for wishing stayed blessings on people. I was genuinely curious, therefore I asked.

Maggy have you decided yet? As hot as the Dallas market is right now this decision may be made for you as homes are going under contract quickly these days.

Yes , Thank you for asking. We have narrowed down our choice to another west facing lot that opened up. Thank you so much for asking.
