Was there something you liked about Oak Lawn that made you return after a year?

Well I didn't move too far.

The big reason I moved was an increase in rent that the building I lived in was going to charge me to renew my lease. 20% to be exact, and so I moved. I love Oak Lawn, but considered downtown, a condo on Buena Vista, a place on Travis, and a really nice townhome on Oram St. in East Dallas that always gets snatched up fast!
