That is great information!
I am a physical therapist and my husband is a teacher.
We are actually flying to DFW this weekend and will spend a week exploring the area. I've noticed I can find jobs almost anywhere in the area, but the same is not so true for a teacher. We saw a lot of opportunities for his subject of teaching (social studies high school teacher) in Dallas ISD but not on the suburbs around.
I understand that this area has some traffic. So probably north Dallas would be too high of a commute in case he could only find a job in Dallas?

Dallas is massive. He could get a job in DISD at a high school that is 5-10 minutes from a home in Richardson or Plano, or an hour. It just depends on which high school.

And he needs to be careful before blindly deciding to work in DISD. There are good reasons why there are always teaching positions open in that district...

Yes, the market for PTs here is super hot. You will likely have competing offers!
