Isn't that what Jesus would do too? Keep out the riff-raff? Or does this Jew have Jesus's message wrong? Does Jesus care more about homeless teens or property values, that's the REAL question.

It's unfortunate, but did they really not check the CCRs of the neighborhood before they bought the house? These are business people, surely they understand due diligence

Sorry but I see nowhere where this has to do with Christians but local HOA rules.
None of us can say there weren't Jews, Muslims and Atheist involved with this decision and the complaints.
I'd bet plenty of faiths in Frisco help out these kids. They just need to find a place accepting that works.

Most people would say this is why you do need a strong HOA.
What if the house was being used for homeless Sex Offenders or Parolees ?

It was meant as a joke, since Frisco is very goyishe.

If it's clear-cut that the HOA prohibits this kind of activity, then yeah...too bad so sad. Sorry. As uncharitable as the HOA's response is, rules are rules. Even stupid rules.

Big D, appreciate your humorous irony as always.

In a community where there are mega churches practically on every corner, this HOA's action seems a tad uncharitable.

The HOA just wants to make sure a homeless teen, let's call her Mary, will give birth in a manger instead of a McMansion. It's tradition at this time of the year!

To be somewhat fair, many HOA's are not even based in the area where the property is. Ours is based in Phoenix, AZ. I dont know if this one was or not.

Megachurches are about money and networking above all else.

That's the management company not your HOA.
