Do you see these earthquakes effecting real estate values in that area?

I think that will depend on what cumulative damage is done over time....are we talking the occasional hairline wall crack or major foundation problems. And do the earthquakes get more intense or stay in the 2-3 range.

Irving, Valley Ranch, Las Colinas and nearby areas are known for poor soil and foundation issues. I'm no scientist but drought and earthquake seems like a bad combination for these conditions.

Working in Las Colinas is not good anymore. We are not far from the epicenter and I am in the 3rd floor of a 7 story building. We felt the last quake as well as it was not as intense but we are all sensitive to the building shaking now.

Haha!

But believe it or not, there are a couple of gated communities around the Four Seasons that have some $1-2M homes. If they haven't questioned their investment yet, this just might do it.

I have seen those houses in the gated community and they look nice. I always wonder who lives there.

They're mostly situated around the golf course.

Downtown Dallas is as close to the center as Downtown LC. Many of these quakes are in the Love field area.

All the ones I've seen have been centered around the old Cowboys Stadium
