Because regardless of graduating class size, actual class sizes are same. State dictates number of kids allowed to attend a period with a teacher in a class and every school has to follow it, no matter how big or small is the graduating class.

Second false complaint that people brought was that it's easier to make 10% for automated admission but when they did the math, it turned out that 10% of 600 is 60 while 10% of 1200 is 120 so there is no diffrence there either.

About NMSF, Plano has higher percentage as well as higher number.

No one is trying to give undue credit, it is what it is.
