I am looking to fight a speeding ticket in Addison Municipal Court. Any suggestions? I was lost in a high traffic enforcement area and know I was not speeding. It was very busy because people were getting off work in the afternoon.. What can I do? He said he clocked me doing 57 then to double check he said he clocked me again at 54. There was a silver BMW about a half a car link ahead of me in the middle lane, I was in the outside lane. The officer was on the right side of the road. Any help out there? Please!!!

You won't have much luck fighting it based on "he said / she said". Speeding tickets are all about revenue generation anyway, so just do deferred adjudication or defensive driving, keep it off your record, and move on.

Hire an attorney if you want to fight it and have a chance of winning and will probably get deferred adjudication if you don't win. They know the angles and are not any. More expensive than paying the ticket in my experience. I use defensive driving too at times it cuts your insurance costs and keeps the Rickey off your record.

Ticket Lawyer is worth the money. It costs about what a ticket does but it never shows up on your driving record.
