Wow. Good grief. The amount of jobs coming to Plano in next 2 years is just crazy. Crazy and good.

Moving to Dallas in June. Learning the lay of the land and schools now. With the news of the many businesses moving to this location, do you project an explosion in housing development to the East?

Fannie Mae's regional headquarters is supposedly moving into Granite Park at 121/Tollway, as well.

As in the Rockwall area?
That area has already been exploding with new housing developments. Royse City is no longer a little bitty town, instead it has new schools and housing developments. Rockwall, Heath, McClendon-Chisholm, Wylie, etc have all grown like crazy in the last several years. Far East Plano, Murphy, Parker, that area of Richardson and Garland are getting close to being built out. Murphy has more room, the rest, not so much. Still some room to keep building on the east side of Allen.

The 190 corridor east of 75 is developing nicely. Noticed the other day that one of the large vacant tracts on 190 between Campbell and N. Garland Ave was being prepped for development. A developer has purchased one large piece of property at N. Garland Ave & Arapaho and will be putting in 300+ homes, 3 apartment living communities and some dining spaces.

I do not think there are any areas in the DFW region that are not exploding with new developments.
