Megatel is building either new townhomes or villas on Parker & Preston. I don't know their price point but location and schools are unbeatable.

They are in the $250-350k price range for products they are considering on Independence & Plano Parkway, so I'd bet Parker & Preston is the upper end of that plus.

Their website says that prices would start from $550K in Central Park at Preston community. Location,location,location.

You might need to look up to $120k to get something in a safe, nice area. $90k is pretty much low end today.

Get an agent you'd like to work with to set up MLS searches to feed you homes. It's very simple and will help narrow your search.

That first one is GORGEOUS... sigh... but I'd never spend that on a townhome, that is crazy.
