Got this in e-mail today - free 2 hour delivery for Prime members. The selection is limited though, mostly cleaning, pet supplies, etc. Still not bad, especially in those days when I don't feel like driving to the stores.

They have me quoted at 1 hour delivery. Seems to be small Target type items, but there where a few random things in there as well. Hopefully the selection grows. Free hour shipping on any purchase over $50....YES PLEASE!

For $8, I'll go to the store myself.

Heck, for $8 I'll go to the store for someone else and buy 'em tampons or whatever they're too lazy to go out and get themselves.

What's $8 - this service is free for prime members on certain products.

You're dissing the $8 a month charge for amazon prime? That's a topic for a whole different thread. Suffice to say I'm way way more than happy with the value I get. If I lived in one of the zip codes, that would be just one more plus.

I'm a Prime member.

I heard on NPR the other day that the $8 charge is for one hour delivery, so that is what I'm referring to.
