Which area has most IT jobs among Dallas/Plano/Irving/Frisco.

We are planning to buy house and considering two factors
1. Commute to job should not be bad and should be able to change jobs in IT field
2. We will need elementary school in 4-5 years. So we would like to have a house with good school.

Budget Max 400 K. Prefer 1995 + house.

Experts advice/opinions please...
