Hi everyone,

I am new here and I have just started working in the Las Colinas area off Royal Ln. I am looking for an apartment around the Las Colinas, Irving, Euless and Grapevine areas to live in. Euless and Grapevine area because my husband works in Southlake and those are pretty central locations to both of our jobs.

My problem is finding an apartment complex that is a second chance apartment complex due to having a broken lease. It was a situation with an old roommate that I'm just going to have to live with now since I was young and dumb. I owe 800+ to the apartment complex and it was about 3 years ago when it happened. We are currently living with relatives and they are moving out of state. I do have good verifiable rental history that was after the broken lease for about 2 years.

If anyone could help point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

Your best bet will probably be over in the Euless area. There are nice apartments there and lower demand that might accept your background.
