Trophy Club has the price range you are looking for. Small community feel. Our home has about 1/4 acre lot size. 2300 sq ft 4 bed/2 1/2 bath. just had it appraised for 206,000, selling it for 204,500. built in 98. relocating out of the area. whatever size home you are looking for, they probably have it here. check it out. easy drive to the airport/ dallas/ ft worth/ lake grapevine. wonderful neighborhoods/ shopping/ medical. we have not noticed the air traffic in the 4 years we have lived here. race weekends are the only time there is terrible traffic. best of luck to you and your family.

Default Near Dallas, please
My husband and I are considering moving to Texas. His sister and her family live in Dallas, but that's too big city for us. We'd like to move our goat ranch from Missouri to Texas. So we need a ranch...we'd also like to be at least a few hours to his sister's house. Any ideas? Thanks!
