Hi all..

We are planning to buy a house near by Frisco and found these 2 communities for our price range.
Can anyone please share inputs on these 2 communities (pros and cons).
Looks like Frisco ISD schools has better rating than the prosper ISD. I work in Richardson, Prestwyck is comparatively near to my office than the Frisco hills community.
Which one is a good choice to buy? in terms of (schools, accessibility to highways, future developments, community, crime rate , resale) . I see lot of used homes in frisco hills which were in market for last 30 - 60 days. Do resale is tough in these communities, as these are almost 1 hour to Dallas?

Thank u

There isn't much difference in schools, commute or neighborhood. Just pick a house that you like.

Why are you looking in Frisco or Prosper? I'd recommend NE Richardson, that pocket has Plano schools and offer shortest commute.

Thank's for your reply Austrian2..
As schools in Frisco ISD are really good, i started looking in that area.
What communities are you referring in NE Richardson? Is there any specific reason that you are referring to Richardson?

You mentioned that your workplace is in Richardson and you want short drive, newer home and good schools, 75082 meets all of those requirements and resale is really good. They have Plano schools and since your moniker suggests that you may be from India, South Asian community is very active there.
