I don't even know if this exists. but I'm interested in finding a place that is a coffee shop by day and then at night a bar in downtown Dallas.. maybe you guys can help me.

I don't know of any. Liquor licenses are very expensive and the terms and conditions of maintaining a liquor license would probably conflict with being able to operate a coffee shop.

CBD Provisions and The Woolworth are kind of like that. I wouldn't really call either a coffee shop, but they have great food and drinks. Buzzbrews is probably the closest thing in the area but it's not in downtown.

Mercat on Harwood is downtown. Depends on what you want in a bar. If it's a place to relax, having a drink and maybe strike up a casual conversation, it's great.
