Any reviews on this apartment complex? Can anyone pass the schools assigned to this complex. The website does not detail them.

Most of those are 1 bedrooms. Can you get a 2 bedroom at your price?

That was to restrict the amount of kids moving into the school.

Yes... They seem to list a few for under $2k. Hence wanted to know the school assignments.

We lived in one of the townhomes briefly last summer. The townhome section was comprised of gymnast families (they don't use the schools but sometimes siblings do) and South Asians (multiple generations in each unit in many cases), and the apartment section was youngish singles/couples mixed with South Asians building or looking in Flower Mound because they had given up on Coppell. My children felt like pariahs because the other children only played with each other and would scatter if my boys tried to join whatever game was going on. It broke my heart. We were there for about a month and a half after school started and the crowd waiting for the bus was almost 100% South Asian. I wonder if it has changed at all. I was freaked because they didn't have teachers in place, etc last summer at Lee, although the building is state of the art. I just felt like with our move it was too much to start at a brand new school also. If we would have stayed in Coppell, I would not have sent them to Lee. The whole thing seemed like a rare misstep for Coppell ISD to me- and was a big disappointment. I continue to be so grateful that our search pointed us to Colleyville although I think Coppell is a great community (just not Cypress Waters). The pool vibe was extremely "adult." They also had a hard time keeping employees in the leasing office.

Thanks for the details. Indeed a little concerned about the new school Lee. Am requesting feedback on this via a different thread. Believe the school started 2014-15 academic year.

The whole area including the school is almost brand new. There are very few people who can give you feedback or an opinion.

The apartments are expensive so they should attract a good crowd. The school is very new and in Coppell ISD, it also should be a great school.

Any idea on any after school programs at this school? Will it be comparable to other Coppell elementary schools? If you are aware, please share.

Have you called the school or the ISD so you can go talk? They may be out for the summer but should be back by August 1.
