Not much discussion on cypress waters project here. I haven't seen any negative affect on home sales in this area so far. People are just grabbing new homes and pre-owned homes around this area. New Lakeside urban center development looks nice. Even though lot of us are worried about apartment construction, they seem to be doing pretty good in commercial side. According to this article, they are building office to Toyota financing. Nationstar Mortgage, 7-Eleven, CoreLogic, Toyota and British Telecom are also moving thousands of workers to the project. Billingsley seems to be big on mixed use development concept.

Billingsley has the money to make it all happen. Looks like a great addition and should make the price of homes in Coppell, Flower Mound and Las Colinas go even higher.

Yah. Dallas and Irving seems to be all ears for her. They are slowly transitioning this project into office/corporate park. When I compared to their old project map to new map, apartments along the southwest side of waterfront are replaced with this project and office buildings. They are expecting 5000 people working here by 2017.
