We found 2 nice homes homes in Rowlett. One is in Garland ISD and the other in Rockwall ISD.

The Rowlett ISD home is a little better for us because it's just 200 ft more spacious and I like the layout of the home better and the backyard has tall fences so we have complete privacy.

The Rockwall ISD home doesn't have any privacy because the fence is short and there are a lot of taller homes around us. Tall fences won't fix the problem I guess.

We might be leaning towards the home in Rockwall ISD sacrificing our privacy. Would that be a good decision? Or maybe we should keep looking?

Don't wanna move again. I want to stay in this home for 10+ years.

I would go with Rockwall and get a taller fence if needed but if you aren't sure then look at other properties.

In our previous house, we had short metal fence between yards and thought that we'll change it after moving but it wasn't even an issue latter because neighbors were very nice and rarely came out.
