We currently own the house we are in now. I will have a letter from our vet stating their behavior from what they have seen. also we are willing to pay any extra deposits or insurance needed. I want to reasure the owners of the home that my dogs are well behaved and will be while we live there! Thank you for recommending everything and the other towns!

You have an 8 yo dog with that kind of dental damage that sleeps most of the day?

Garland is somewhat onerous when it comes to pit bulls, the restrictions tend to deter landlords.

DH & I have owned/managed several rentals in Rockwall over the last several years and the OP's situation would be a non-starter for us. More to the point, supply of rental properties currently heavily exceeds demand.
There's exactly one neighborhood in Rockwall that might accept 1 or 2 of her dogs provided the OP is willing to live in a mobile home surrounded by a cyclone fence.

I do think OP is going to have to buy a house in order to move with all 3 dogs.

Even if a landlord is willing, some of the neighbors are bound to complain.
