I don't know of any pharmaceutical businesses per say, but UT Southwest Medical School is involved in ton's of clinical trials. I have seen openings for clinical research associates posted on their website in the past. I'm not sure if that's the sort of work you're looking for or if you're wanting something in a pharm lab. Some of the larger manufacturers have a corporate office in Dallas (Glaxo. Wyett) so you might check out their websites and see if they do any actual research locally (which I would bet they hook up with UTSW to do).
