It's a new pool and they're really enjoying it. Besides, the novelty will wear off over time. I don't have a pool but many of my neighbors do and, frankly, I like hearing kids laugh and water splash. It'll calm down once school starts, anyway.

Get a bunch of tootsie rolls, and roll them into a poop patty, throw it into the pool late at night some time. They will think someone took a dump in their pool and be forced to clean it out. It might save you a few days of noise.
