Thanks, I didn't think that the format would be different. Also switching to American spelling now.

The format would be different. Just look up the difference between a CV and a resume. If you have an open mind, you will be fine in the US especially in Dallas. The US in general and DFW in particular is very multicultural/multinational and welcoming to all people. You will be pleasantly surprised that it is not like Europe, homogenous and segregated.

That'll be great! I'm from a very multicultural city myself. I've made several visits to the US on work trips but always miss Dallas. Really looking forward to my new chapter in life.
