This may have been answered, but will the health insurance continue to be fully funded by the employer? If not, health insurance on a family that large is going to be a pretty big bill.

A lot depends on the company, iv seen it be free to a couple hundred to WOW thats a lot of money..

Most employers have a "family" rate that's flat, not per person.
But yeah, finding an employer that still gives totally free family medical insurance is rare!
