IMO Healthy means "Balanced". The Frisco (and area) is certainly not a balanced market.

Traffic? Crazy as hell, along with an increase in toll related fees. People are bringing their driving habits from wherever they are moving from.

I gotta get out and make room for someone who may genuinely like it here.
