We are looking for a new home in Coppell. We saw main street homes by Darling homes,Westhaven community along 121 and the David weekly homes on 114 & belt line. So far we liked the main street coppell better than the other 2. Any thoughts on this community?

The lot sizes looked tiny from what I recall back when I was looking on Darling's site. Other than that, I liked the sound of the community. How big are the lots, anyway? They looked smaller than 50' lots online.

They are super tiny. I don't think you get a backyard at all, just a few feet wide side yard.

On the other hand, it is a nicely done community with access to a lot of cool events. Should be even better when the new restaurants are done. I still don't think I like the idea of being that close to retail though. It really just has to do with how you want to live.

You are right the lots are tiny with no back yard. But I liked the plans better than David Weekly and West Haven. Any thoughts on the demographics within this community. I saw some posts about some of the new communities in Coppell not being diverse enough.

This community is designed for people who want more of an urban type living, empty nesters, singles etc who don't need a yard and want low maintenance. I have a single mom buying there and she loves the area being close to Coppell Farmers market, restaurants and other shopping.

Excellent location and yes much more diversified.
