So I've been wondering - if you're employer is moving to Richardson, why are you asking about places to live on the northwest side of Dallas? Suggestions of Corinth and Aubrey might get you a place to live but do you realize the gas you'll be spending trying to get across Dallas twice a day?

I am no beggar.

And that trailer park/mobile home park is complete sleaze. I hear it is all gangs, drug addicts, and rapists.

Yeah, sorry about that.......I meant NorthEAST DFW.
I live in NW DFW by the airport.
I was typing fast and didnt notice that until after I submitted.

I was hoping to find something around Wylie or Murphy.....but I haven't found anything yet, and the VERY few realtors that have been professional enough to respond to me, do not know much (if anything) about this kind of thing.

You'd think there would be niche realtors out there who have experience in this kind of thing.

That's due to the fact very few people who lease out Mobile Homes / RV Parks seldom use a Realtor. A quick ad on Craigs list or a sign in the street gets them all the renters they need.

You're gonna have to do your own leg work.

What you are looking for doesn't exist. Either you are going to have to live in a less-than-desirable trailer park, or you are going to be making a ridiculously long commute.

Have you actually looked at the Plano PD's crime maps for that area? Or are you just assuming?

There's a lot of kids living in the trailer park on 75. Its poor but I've not heard of gangs and raped being rampant.

I'm still not sure what exactly you're looking for but there's a trailer park on 14th just east of Los Rios in Plano.

The Southfork trailer park at McCreary and Betsy in Wylie is pretty large.

There is nothing available like that in Murphy.

To the OP: I am sorry about your situation. I give you major props for thinking outside the box. Yes Aubrey would be a distance for you to drive. But the area is definitely very safe. I wish you lots of luck on your search and that you find something that will solve your housing situation.
