Finally between San Jose and DFW we have decided to move to Dallas area. Before buying a home there we want to stay in the area and get a feel.

We have short listed Frisco School district for our kids so looking apartments which cover either Heritage High or Liberty High. The reason behind these two schools are they also cover Mckinney and Plano area.
I have never been to Dallas area. Requesting people on the ground to suggest some good apartments to live which cover any of the above mentioned school

I am a avid biker. How’s the biking in the area? Did not find any small hills. Do we have small hills within vicinity where one can bike?

Appreciate the help.

I don't do Apartments but if you need a referral of a good Apartment Rental Person send me a DM.

Biking is huge here - street and trail - and you can find all types of hills, terrain and groups to join.

Congrats! You won't be disappointed with Dallas!

Lots of bikers here. Mckinney has several trails and we see bikers constantly.

McKinney, TX - Official Website - Parks & Trails Locator

Some Mckinney homes/apts feed into Frisco ISD but Mckinney ISD is also good.

Where is your job? Those two schools you listed aren't that close to each other, so it might be best to focus on one area more than the other depending on your commute. There are several apartment complexes off of Coit, Independence, and Custer just south of 121. I'm not that familiar with the McKinney portion of FISD.
