Unfortunately not. Little Elm calls their building Inspections Department "Building Safety" and their WEB site is here Town of Little Elm, TX - Official Website - Building Safety . Although it is not online you can call them to see if they have a residents terminal at their offices that you can pull the records from. Otherwise you would need to put in a request for them.

Would anyone in their right mind want to own a home constructed like this --- definitely no. I'll find a place to host the pictures. Thanks!
Whatever you use for a hosting function make sure they don't require that the user create an account to even access them. Many of those services wind up spamming the people once the account is created.

It would be interesting to see some of the pictures though!

notice the nice support under the beam

mine

garage roof

mine - it's framed different than all the other same models with same elevation

ceiling in great room - notice the 2 support beams

mine - 1 short beam instead of 2 long support beams

master bedroom ceiling - see the long support beam

mine - support beam is suppose to sit above the other beam instead of intersect it.

I have so much more pics - but these are some of the major ones.

I'd bet the work in pics 4 or 6 alone (hope I counted the pics correctly) will yield a red tag. 10 is just executed stupidly but it might pass - regardless that can be buttressed for almost nothing. Some of the others are questionable as well.......unfortunately I'm not on my computer so I can't blow up the pics.

The good news is all of that is fixable - most of it easily so.

Boards and even beams scabbed together from shorter pieces can be just fine if they are built properly.

The good news is most Frisco inspectors worked in Plano for years and they are hard-azzes.

Out of curiosity, I'd ask if the framing crew worked from a specific set of framing plans or something else.

I'd worry about fixing what you have, not a bit that your place is framed differently than the others.

Good luck.

ETA - like I said I'm on my phone and the pics are tiny.......does your place have hurricane clips? I thought Frisco required them.

I appreciate the feedback. Actually the home is built in Little Elm but in Frisco ISD. I requested the plans that the city had and they were not detailed at all. I believe they were working on some form of detailed drawings because the 1st and 3rd home were framed the same by 2 different crew. I was unfortunate to draw this crappy framing crew.

I know that some of this can be fixed, but I feel that the framing in the garage deviated so much from the original design that I want it framed the way it was meant to be. It will be hard waking up every morning seeing the other houses down the street from me - knowing that we paid the same amount but my home is built to an inferior standard.

Sorry my bad on the geography mistake. I don't know a thing about inspections in Little Elm.

As mentioned I'd coordinate with the city inspectors office so much as possible. I'm not sure I'd hire a third party at this point. Framing is much like brick work it can look like hell and be structurally rock solid.

I know this kind of thing drive buyers nuts but your place is not grossly screwed up it needs some TLC.

Thanks for your input EDS. I feel a little better knowing that it's not as bad as it looks. The pics that I took were during the early framing process. Currently, the house is roughed and enclosed already - was wondering if you think that might affect the framers ability to go back and correct these issues.

I have been requesting to meet with the construction managers to discuss these issues. They have a framing inspection in a few days, and want to wait until after the inspection to meet. I'm not sure if they are just trying to find out what they can get away with not fixing.

Nonetheless, I appreciate the feedback. Thanks!
