Any recommendations on good banks close by Frisco/McKinney region? We moved recently from North East region and the bank doesnt have a local presence in TX. We are exploring options right now and wanted to get recommendations. My criteria

1. Checking/Savings option
2. Local presence with great staff
3. Good online support

BoA, Chase, Wells Fargo. All have a national presence.

Wells Fargo. I chose Bank of America 21 years ago for national presence. The last several years have seen massive service decline.

We're in the last stages of moving our accounts. That's for each of our two businesses and our personal. I moved my business two year ago and have been so happy that DH opted to follow with his and ours.

We're with Wells Fargo now, but only for checking/savings. We don't have any loans or other accounts with them. I am considering switching to a credit union though, just from all the positive things I've heard.

I think I'm the only one who likes BofA :| Check deposits are available to cover same day debits and their app/online banking is pretty good. Chase is my other bank, they're decent. But, I find I do almost 99% of my stuff with Schwab (online) now. I will probably close out Chase bc there's not much point to having these B&M accts anymore.
