Hi everyone,

I'm new to dallas and just trying to settle in. Starting from ground zero wage. I'm looking for affordable housing in the 75024 zip code. That's were I found work.

Any help would be appreciated.

did you look on Apartments for Rent - PadMapper Apartment Search for Oodle, PadLister, Airbnb, Kijiji, and other Apartments ?

I don't know the area well enough to give you advice. Especially since I don't know what affordable means to you and any other personal needs or preferences.

What's your budget? 75024 has an abundance of apartments, some of which are the Legacy shops, which command a premium.

Also look in 75034 if you want a more affordable alternative near your place of employment. Basically it will be anything south of Warren and east of the tollway, and also on Warren between Parkwood and Preston. My wife and I lived a complex there while our new place was being built.

+1 look in 75034, there are a lot of apartments here that are good quality. We live in one currently and the rent was pretty reasonable for a new place (when we moved in). Check out apartment ratings dot com as well to get resident reviews.
